1. 提貨時注意事項 ●如屬貨物遺失,必須立即向承運人或港口當局索取證明,並以書面提出賠償要求; ●如貨物受損明顯可見,須立即通知保單上所列明的檢驗人及要求承運人進行查驗;亦必須立即以書面向承運人或港口當局提出賠償要求; ●如懷疑貨物受損或短少,不能簽具潔淨收據給承運人; ●如貨物受損或短少並不明顯可見, 應於收貨後三天內將貨物損失情況書面通知承運人, 並提出賠償要求; ●如屬集裝箱裝運,保戶負責人員提貨時必須立即查驗集裝箱與及封條是否完整無缺, 如集裝箱受損或封條破損/遺失或封條與貨運文件所列明不同, 必須在提貨收據上註明有關情況,並且保存所有破損或不規則之封條以作日後之查證。 |
2.檢驗及索賠程序 ●如發現貨物受損或遺失而擬向保險公司索賠,須立即通知保單上所列明的檢驗人進行查驗。亦可先行致函或致電通知保險公司備案 。 |
3.索賠文件 ●保險單或保險憑證正本; ●發票正本或副本,裝箱單及磅重單; ●提單或其他運貨契約之正本; ●查驗報告書或其他顯示損失程度的證明文件; ●在最後目的地貨物卸岸記錄及磅重單; ●收貨人與承運人或其他有關方面之間關於損失責任的來往函件。 |
